The AviAll Mentorship Program connects experienced aviation professionals with students, recent graduates, and anyone exploring a new path in the industry. Whether you are starting out, or considering a career change, this program gives you a chance to learn, be inspired, and grow with guidance from expert mentors.

We combine structure with flexibility. Mentors and mentees are carefully matched based on shared interests and goals. Together, they decide how often and how to connect. AviAll provides tools, guidance, and suggested milestones to keep the mentorship on track.

To make the experience meaningful, we offer:

• Simple tracking tools,
• Regular check-ins,
• Short surveys at the start and end of the program.

We also promote the program through schools, universities, and aviation networks to keep our community growing.

The Mentorship Program is a global initiative with three main active regions, each with a point of contact (PoC). Each PoC helps participants in their region, offering support, resources, and expertise to ensure a smooth and rewarding mentorship journey. In cases where participants want to be involved in a different region, they can indicate it in the registration form and the PoC will coordinate with the appropriate counterpart.

• North-America – Zanthe Jordine, Airworthiness and Regulatory Specialist at the General Aviation Manufacturing Association (GAMA). Focusing on the initial and continued airworthiness for general aviation aircraft. (zanthe@aviation4all.org).
• Balkans region – Snežana Tomčić, air traffic and transport engineer currently HR recruiter at Jat Tehnika (snezana@aviation4all.org).
• Europe – Esther Delgado Pinedo, aeronautical engineer, currently an ATM Research & Development Engineer at EUROCONTROL (esther@aviation4all.org).

At its heart, this program is about learning from each other, building confidence, and shaping the future of aviation.
